The Department of Insolvency, as part of the ongoing education and training of Insolvency Practitioners under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, informs about the successful conduct of the seminar on “Liquidations: Implementation and Contemporary Challenges. The seminar took place on 14/11/2023 at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia.
The speakers of the seminar were Officers of the Insolvency Section of the Insolvency Department, namely Mr. Angelos Antoniou (Insolvency Officer A΄), Ms. Chrystalla Christodoulou and Ms. Rafaela Manti, as well as Mr. Dan Sutch (representative of Grant Thorton). The seminar was supported by Officers of the Insolvency Section who answered the questions of the participants.
The Department of Insolvency would like to thank the speakers for their cooperation, all the Insolvency Practitioners who attended and all those who worked on this event.
