Description:

The certificate of Non Winding-Up confirms that a company is active and not under liquidation process. A Non Winding-Up Certificate may be issued by any interested person. The certificate may be issued in Greek or English. Certificates may be issued only for companies registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. For issuing the certificate, a company registration number is required, to which the Certificate will be issued. Once the electronic payment is made, the certificate is sent immediately to the applicant's email. The certificate is sent by post only in case it is required signed. The applicant can print it and submit it to the Department of Insolvency for signature. The certificate which is sent electronically, is deemed authentic and does not require signature. The cost of the service is €40.
