The Companies Law Chapter 113

There is a provision in Part V of the Companies Law Chapter 113, for the conditions in order to wind up a company with a court order and for voluntary liquidations by members or by creditors. The same Part also provides for the procedure followed by all involved parties from the date of the winding-up order, until the dissolution of the company.
