Seminar on: “Protection of the Main Residence: Legal and Practical Methods and Procedures”

The Department of Insolvency, as part of the ongoing education and training of Insolvency Practitioners under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, informs about the successful conduct of the seminar on “PROTECTION OF MAIN RESIDENCE: LEGAL AND PRACTICAL METHODS AND PROCEDURES”. The seminar took place on 23/10/2023 at Semeli Hotel in Nicosia.

The speakers of the seminar were the following representatives of the Association for the Protection of the Main Residence: Mr. Michael Paraskevas (President – Legal), Mr. Vassilis Vassiliou (Secretary – Financial Advisor) and Mr. Andreas Charalambous (Vice President – Insolvency Advisor / Economist).

The Department of Insolvency would like to thank the speakers of the “Association for the Protection of the Main Residence” for their cooperation, all the Insolvency Advisors who attended and all those who worked for this event.
